The Team

Operators.
Builders.
Dreamers.

Every person on this team has spent their career inside restaurants — not consulting on them from the outside. When you franchise with Craveworthy, this is who picks up the phone.

Gregg Majewski, Founder & CEO

Gregg Majewski

Founder & CEO

“When shit gets hard, we don’t hide. We build.”

The Founder

Built the Jimmy John’s playbook. Now he’s running yours.

Gregg took Jimmy John’s from 33 to 300+ locations in under five years as CEO, turning a regional sandwich shop into a national brand. That experience became the foundation for everything Craveworthy does today.

He founded Craveworthy to build the restaurant platform he always wished existed: one that acquires concepts with good bones, embeds proven operational infrastructure, and gives franchisees the kind of firepower only the largest chains usually have access to. The portfolio now spans 20+ brands and 300+ locations.

Through Wildcat Investments, Gregg also backs early-stage food and beverage ventures, applying the same operator-first philosophy to emerging brands.

Perry Miele

Former President & CEO, Nestlé Professional

Perry led Nestlé Professional — the global foodservice arm of the world’s largest food company — as President & CEO from 2009 to 2016. He’s spent his career operating at the scale Craveworthy is building toward.

At Nestlé he ran a multi-billion-dollar P&L across thousands of foodservice operators in North America. He understands the supply chain economics, the operator psychology, and the brand-portfolio dynamics that make multi-concept platforms work — because he ran one.

At Craveworthy, Perry advises on platform strategy, category expansion, and the operational discipline required to scale a multi-brand restaurant company past the inflection points where most franchisors stall.
