As the former CEO of Jimmy John’s, he scaled that brand from 33 locations to over 300 in under five years — building the operational playbook that turned a sandwich shop into a national powerhouse. He coined the term that became the brand’s identity, then led the operational push to make it true on every order.

After leaving Jimmy John’s, Gregg founded Craveworthy with a thesis no one else was executing: a multi-brand platform that operates like a franchise system, invests like a PE firm, and supports operators like a true partner.
